Responsible for planning & execution of services and repair works of equipment in the Yard.
Monitor the work process of the yard team and ensure the quality of work.
Ensure proper team utilization with a single goal to maximize fleet utilization.
Use appropriate planning tools to ensure the stock of essential parts, tools & consumables.
Arrange for the timely service, calibration, and availability of parts and assets, required for equipment readiness.
Performance & failure analysis to improve equipment reliability.
Ensure on-time deliveries of equipment as per requirement, by proper and smooth coordination with different departments.
Serial support to Project Site Operation.
Provide good support to resolve customer issues with sales, operations, services, and accounts.
Maintain records as per QMS requirements.
Achieving an accident-free site by implementing safe work practices.
Provide training to team members, to develop their skills.
Manage maintenance schedule ensuring 100% Generator maintenance completion and compliance.
Predictive Maintenance planning based on an assessment of equipment.
Regularly audits work being done and customer service is provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively.
Follow the directives of the Operation Manager and show a professional attitude and good subordination.
Comply with company policies and take care of company assets.
