1. Manage all facilities contracts from initiation, billing until ending.2. Coordinate with concerned government departments to get required licenses/permits for the facilities.3. Manage facilities teams and make sure everyone is aligned to departmental objectives.4. Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.5. Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.6. Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes.7. Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required.8. Respond to maintenance needs of buildings.9. Inspect rooms and units and make sure all building set-ups are ready to function.10. Coordinate with facility managers and/or contractors for major repairs.11. Monitor/update on a daily basis the Service Request and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of job. 12. Maintain records of maintenance and prepare reports to management, as required.13. Prioritize and plan tasks well and complete tasks within set deadlines.
