Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our company facilities. As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities by coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of company facilities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure proper functioning and longevity of facilities and equipment
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and upgrades
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor budget and expenses related to facility maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance work
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, and promote a culture of safety among team members
