Job Description

Our logistics and supply chain company is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our building systems remain functional, efficient and safe for our employees. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing maintenance teams and delivering exceptional results.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs
  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all facilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
  • Ensure the timely and efficient completion of all maintenance work orders
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage and maintain equipment inventory
