Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Performing a variety of spa treatments, such as massages, facials, and body wraps.
  2. Providing personalized consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized.
  4. Ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of clients throughout their spa experience.
  5. Explaining treatment procedures and benefits to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  6. Upselling additional services and products to enhance the clients experience and meet sales targets.
  7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in spa treatments.
  8. Working collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience working in a spa or beauty center.
  2. Certification
  3. Strong knowledge of different spa treatments and their benefits.
  4. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
