Description:The IT Infra yard and Helpdesk Executive shall be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for users related to computer systems, hardware, or software, Handheld Terminal (HHT), Vehicle Mounted Terminal (VMT) devices etc. Responds to queries, runs, and installs programs, troubleshoots issues, and determines and implements solution.Responsibilities:ÿúÿServing as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or by raising a ticket through a ticketing system.úÿPerforming physical/remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.úÿDetermining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.úÿMonitor issues from start to resolution.úÿEscalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
