Job Description

On behalf of our global client, we are seeking an Executive Director of Operations to oversee, direct, and control the Operations with the objective of ensuring that company operations are operating in an efficient and effective manner and are performing in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Located in their Ruyadh corporate office, reporting to the President of Operations you will participate with the leadership team in the development of the organization?s overall vision, mission, objectives, and P&L financial projections.

  • Contribute to the strategic planning process to develop and implement a strategy for the operational activities to align with the organization?s overall vision and short and long-term business and growth objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor objectives and KPIs aimed at achieving and exceeding business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the departmental budget and identify and allocate the resources necessary to support the strategic plans and objectives.
  • Participate with leadership to identify all business risks and/or opportunities and collaborate with concerned parties to address them.
  • Participate as an active member in relevant cross-functional committees such as the Menu Management and Food Safety Committee etc.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of all operations-related projects and initiatives with compliance and alignment to all related programs, initiatives, systems, and policies & procedures developed by the organization.
  • Monitor and ensure the wellbeing of all store physical conditions and regularly evaluate all store financials, reports, and analyses to identify areas of opportunities and to address them with concerned employees and functions.
  • Leads the overall strategic staffing process and reviews/provide feedback on store staffing plans, initiatives, and analysis developed by TM & Corp. Compliance.
  • Act as a Market Operations lead and a point of contact for the corporation and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the overall market condition and competitive landscape with the intent of providing insights and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate product Quality and restaurant Service & Cleanliness levels on a regular basis to ensure that they consistently meet and exceed standards and set targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and oversee the service standards, and regularly and consistently monitor all customer complaints
  • People Management.
