Job Description

  • 5 years Managing & executing real state & Construction projects
  • Minimum 3 successful delivered private project
  • Minimum 2 successful delivered government construction projects
  • Ability to manage multiple construction projects around KSA
  • Ability to work alone and managing team of project managers
  • Align with LADUN PMO Business strategy
  • Support in achieving PMO strategic objectives
  • Communicate Effectively with government entities
  • Communicate Effectively with Internal stakeholders
  • Be the communication point who integrate all project stakeholders
  • Record & Solve projects Issues
  • Prepare Project Communication Plan
  • Pre-qualify Designer, Consultant and Contractor
  • Review and Approve Design Phase
  • Review and approve designers Execution Plan
  • Review and approve contractor?s Execution Plan
  • Review and approve contractor?s manpower and equipment histogram
  • Review and approve contractor?s cash flow
  • Review contractor?s weekly/ Monthly reports & presentation
  • Analyze Project variance and progress reports from ERP
  • Manage Contractors and consultant performance related to planning and reporting
  • Audit contractors and consultant reporting accuracy
