Acts on advice provided on the organization structure and governing bodies and oversees the governance of the various policies aligned to the organization?s mission and vision.
Develops & implements a comprehensive system that reflects values, vision, mission, culture, and strategy of SAR.
Ensures continuous improvement of quality management practices and frameworks, in line with best practices.
Monitors the metrics analysis to ensure quality management processes are consistently followed throughout the company.
Implements company-wide adherence with policies, directions, delegation of authority and other statutory requirements to escalate any concerns to the respective party.
Assists in conducting periodic meetings with the company management to discuss SAR?s performance.
Develops policies and procedures for driving organizational values and facilitates and promotes a culture of evidence-based decision making.
Ideates and executes process improvement projects based on business requirements.
