Job Description

The Events Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They will work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure that all aspects of the event are managed effectively. The Events Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire event planning process, from conceptualization to execution, and ensuring that all deliverables are met within the given time frame and budget.Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives
  2. Develop event concepts and themes based on client preferences
  3. Create detailed event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  4. Source and manage event vendors, suppliers, and contractors
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all event elements
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in event management
  2. Strong project management and organizational skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
