Event Project ManagerThe incumbent will be responsible in the management of different medical event from initiation phase to closure. This may include:•Planning, execution, logistics of the event including risk management•Estimating the cost of the event•Managing the expenditure of the event budget•Communicating with sponsor and drafting proposal regarding the scope and coverage of the campaign.•Applying permit to authorities as prescribed by law.•Coordinating with the Scientific Committee regarding agenda•Screening and follow up of Key Opinion Leader for the event.•Sourcing of event venues•Negotiate with vendors for event materials.•Others that maybe related to the effective execution of the project.🎓Qualifications : 📝•Fluent in English, Arabic preferred.•At least 2 years experience in Event ManagementAttractive renumeration package awaits the ideal candidate.
