With the convergence of construction and telecom services, and the growing demand for modern smart buildings.Job Purpose:ÿWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estimation Manager to lead our client estimation team in accurately assessing project costs and timelines. This critical role involves analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, and collaborating with various departments to develop comprehensive project estimates.ÿKey Accountabilitiesÿ

  • Supervise a team of estimators to ensure accurate and timely project cost estimates.
  • Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors required for construction projects.
  • Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients based on the cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets throughout the construction process.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
  • Analyze costs, prepare cost reports, and identify areas for cost savings or cost overruns.
  • Conduct risk analysis to identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure all cost estimates and bids comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
