Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review RFP and RFQ drawing, technical specification and BoQ from Clients
Coordinate with supplier to request quotation, delivery schedules and compliance
Responsible to Estimate effort, Quantities and Resources required to for each activity in the RFP SoW
Responsible of preparation of Technical proposal and Commercial offer using Excel
Preparing compliance statement against client RFP by coordinating with supplier and Technical Team
Responsible for preparation of Pre-Qualification Document, Technical submission documents and reply to the responses of Client on these documents
Attending technical meetings with Sales Team to respond to client requirement, collect information about the Tender and proposing suitable solution.
Preparation of technical proposal presentation to meet client requirement
Conduct presentation to present solution to customers.
Assist project managers, Procurement department and Control department with cost analysis during pre-project phase, project, and post-project phase
