Estimantion Engineer1. Main Responsibilities: Fully Study and understand Tender documents and Preparing work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, & other related documents, raising necessary tender clarifications and keep close coordination with clients to finalize the actual scope of work. Preparation of Activity completion certificates for service entries and getting approval from PM as well as contract holder / client. Send enquiries to the supplier & get the quotation as per the specification, preparing price comparison sheet and review the same Preparation of BOQ, Compare the quantities & generate quantity discrepancy report with respect to Bill of quantities provided by the consultant and pricing accordingly. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. Cost controlling the project to avoid cost overrun. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Requirements:Should hold a Bachelor?s degree. With4+ years experience in Fit out projectsJob Type: Full-time
