UXBERT Labs is Saudi Arabia?s first User Experience, Usability, and Ecommerce consultancy.We?re looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join a cutting edge team that is working on some of the most exciting products being launched in the Kingdom. This role is for experienced product managers who have a track record of managing and leading high-performance teams.The right team member will work for UXBERT Labs to contribute new ideas for company growth. Using their knowledge of the company, our products, and services to look for new ways to improve service/product quality and build off of existing offerings.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with coordinating departments to create and implement a decisive project plan and strategy from product development to launch
  • Act as a key authority and point of contact for project development concepts, business strategy, and business models
  • Perform various project management duties, including creating a budget and ensuring it is not exceeded, managing work plans and facilitating an efficient product development effort between individual co-workers and departments
  • Ensure various stages of product development are completed on time by leading, organizing and requesting constant updates from cross-functional teams
  • Collect, analyze and report on data and make adjustments to development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout
  • Manage and lead a product team of business analysts, UX designers, developers, and QA specialists
  • Technical oversight of strategic products
  • Continually ensure clear and timely communication among all stakeholders and involved parties
  • Proactively assess and mitigate project risks
  • Gather project requirements and definitions with various internal business units and external third party companies
  • Write documentation including project objectives, implementation details, and process flow diagrams
  • Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and in Esports & gaming industry
  • A successful track record of product growth and engagement
  • Strong statistical and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts
  • Experience working in scrum/agile management methodologies preferred
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, and other techniques to validate and inspire ideas
  • Collaborative and a passion for digital products - not just the way they work but how they feel to the end-user
