? Defines users and their authority levels in databases.? Monitor the performance and management of automated systems in order to provide quick response to direct users.? Collaborates with Oracle Developer and Support team to solve problems, apply patches, and make upgrades.? Writes standard operating procedures (SOPs) which contain practical steps to perform a specific job and draw all necessary steps.? Performs database updates and maintenance which include (installs, patches updates), settings, optimization, uploading and management of report files.? Performs, manages, and maintains backups and recovery procedures for Oracle database production servers.? Ensures that storage and archiving procedures work properly? Performs pre-monitoring of database systems to ensure protection against any threats with minimal downtime for servers.? Works to equip the system inspection environment and the production environment of the system and make the necessary checks to verify its operation properly? Resolves issues related to Oracle Concurrent Manager-? Performs weekly update of Oracle Business Intelligence Dashboard? Review logs to troubleshoot application issues.? Identifies and resolves operating system-related problems.? Performs periodic and non-periodic reports and submits them to the direct manager?
