Job Description

On behalf of a global Fast-Food chain, we are seeking an Equipment Coordinator for their Riyadh operations.?Reporting to the Manager of Equipment you will provide the needed support in performing all activities pertaining to Equipment Management including planning new stores capacity and equipment needs and upgrades of existing equipment in accordance with company standards.

  • Assist the Manager of Equipment Management in estimating the budget for stores kitchen equipment to meet budget plans.
  • Coordinate with Development Department for new stores expansion and existing stores renovation, for design and requirements kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate and monitor operational activities at stores to ensure implementation of Store level PM programs, plans and procedures.
  • ?Evaluate the status of safety and fire equipment?s and tools, recommend replacement if required.
  • ?Coordinate with the Training and Career Development function and fire protection system supplier to train operation stores staff on kitchen equipment and Fire & Safety.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Department for equipment shipment.
  • ?Coordinate equipment commissioning for new and existing store equipment.
  • ?Perform equipment handover documents upon new store openings and renovations of stores with operations and communicate with finance to update the asset log.
  • ?Conduct audits to verify PM performance by store level and operation knowledge.
  • ?Manage service providers? performance levels on a quarterly basis and communicate to managers and director.
  • Coordinate with procurement to maintain warehouse stock levels and reorder levels.
