Job Description

Job SummaryAs the KSA Environment Lead you will be a core member of both AECOM Arabia and the Middle East Africa Environment Team.The key responsibilities afforded by this role are as follows:

  • Safety, health and environment matters regarding the team.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the KSA Environment strategic plan targeting growth.
  • Provide leadership to and management of team members within KSA.
  • Provide Commercial and Technical Leadership on the delivery of all Projects in KSA.
  • Identify and develop key client relationships in line with the regional growth strategy and secure new projects
  • Ensure team productivity, mentoring, motivating, training and supporting.
  • Provide an outward looking, business and industry focus for the area of Environment to establish AECOM as a leader capable of serving all major projects across Environment business (EIA, Energy, Ecology).
  • Review all relevant incoming bids and recommend GNG and entry onto Salesforce.
  • Lead bidding to ensure corporate governance process is followed/ bids registered/ approvals in place and timely submission. If successful ensure ICA?s are in place with supporting AECOM regions.
Minimum RequirementsQualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science or a related field.
  • Post Graduate qualification in related field advantageous.
  • Commercial or managerial qualification advantageous.
  • Registration with relevant professional body.
