Deep knowledge in pest taxonomy, identification, life cycle, properties and treatment.
c.????Acts as one of the points of contact for the PCFS-Clients representatives for any call out services, complaints and other operational activity requirements.
d.????Prepare and provide technical inspections reports, entomologist report, Audit inspection reports, trend analysis, mapping of monitoring stations/ traps and any other related technical reports required by both the company and the customers.
e.????Provide 2x to 4x technical and safety training sessions per month to all PCFS staff which are relevant to pest control work and make a record of all the trainings provided.
f.??????Conduct surveys and provide technical identification of insects and other Arthropods including other pest species or animals and provide technical recommendations to control or mitigate the pest.
g.????Prepare map layouts, checklist and on-site service record folders and other related pest control documents required by any third party auditing firm/ companies and client and be able to participate in Audit reviews and documentations of the clients and ensure that all documents needed by the clients are submitted and updated.
h.????Conduct pest control trainings for all operations staff (supervisors, technicians and new arrivals) in any regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
i.??????Provide support on division in achieving sales and collection by actively involved in survey, drafting of proposals, submission and collection of payments from clients.?
j.??????Represent the pest control division in any third party audit of any pest control clients and ensure that the Auditor, surveyors or representatives are satisfied and requirements are complied with.
k.????Test new products and chemicals procured or obtained by the division for future use.?
l.??????Prepares and submit technical activity reports to Division Manager to include daily, weekly, monthly and yearly working schedules.
m.???Ensure compliance with applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any ISAL, Municipality and all other statutory requirements.
n.????Coordinate training and coaching on safety procedures, equipment?s or hazardous substances etc. that are provided to the company personnel.
o.????Ensure compliance on safety measures and security procedures, as related to company clients, guests and personnel.
p.????Has a major role in building strong business relationship in positive approach with the project stakeholders to ensure customers satisfaction while preserving ISG interests and profits.
q.????Knowledge on Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, with the ability to search for and propose less toxic chemicals for the pests control and in order to safeguard the clients, occupants and ISG application stuff.
