JOB DESCRIPTION – Experience of PM tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Matchware, MindView, RationalPlan Multi Project, Project Kickstart, MS Project Server, Atlassian, etc.– Hands on experience in preparing project management templates (e.g. business and functional requirement documents)– Knowledge and experience of working with MS Office products including PowerPoint, Excel, MS Visio and MS Project– Strong communication skills (listening, writing, oral); strong critical thinking and planning skills required– Expert level competency in project management– Expert level competency in translating business needs into technical and functional requirements– Knowledge of banking systems and applications preferred– Knowledge of banking operations and requirements preferred– Expert level project management skills
