Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new technologies.
  • Prepare and present reports on engineering performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform engineering practices.
(job will be between projects in Riyadh and Dammam)
