Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering production team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities to meet project deadlines and customer demands.
Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering and production processes.
Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all production activities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the team.
Prepare and present reports on production performance, progress, and challenges to senior management.
