The Engineering Manager responsible for solving any engineering issue that comes up in a project, proposing budgets for projects, training new employees, working with various other departments and prepare reports on the progress of any project.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Research and develop designs and products.
  • Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering.
  • Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
  • Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.
  • Determine the need for training and talent development.
  • Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.
  • Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.
  • Helps to create and oversee project budgets and engages in cost management strategies.
  • Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.
