Job Description

On behalf of a global retailer, we are seeking an Engineering Manager˙Based out of their Riyadh headquarters, and reporting to the Director, of Construction, you will oversee construction projects from conception to design completion and solve various problems.

  • Research and review in-depth the design drawings. ˙˙
  • Obtain the needed permits and licenses on the right team to ensure meeting the deadlines and for smooth execution of the projects.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering consultant teams and coordinate with all parties.
  • Select and order tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory.
  • Prepare internal and external reports which are reflected the status of the project.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, and draft contracts.
  • Coordinate work with other managers and staff.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
