  • Receipt of Technical Requests from Operations , Projects & Marketing Departments
  • Study the requests & prepare the RFQ
  • Discuss technical specifications with requisitioning department
  • Source Suitable Vendors/ Subcontractors
  • Follow Up for receipt of bids
  • Make Technical & Commercial evaluation of the bids
  • Prepare Purchase Order / Service Orders / Subcontracts
  • Subcontract Administration -?Progress Monitoring / Scrutinizing Invoices / Dispute Resolution / Close Out the Jobs
  • Maintain Vendor Data Base
