JOB PURPOSE:Managing the following:?????????Development of Project master schedule in coordination with different disciplines/departments?????????Creation of Baseline, resource allocation and S-Curve generation for project?????????Monitoring & Periodical update of project schedule?????????Studying targets versus actual performance rates?????????Monitoring the progress on site against the approved time schedule?????????Submitting weekly and monthly progress reports to project manager and client.?????????Preparation of Project Budget & Periodical monitoring of the same and submission of reports to Project manager and Planning manager?????????Monitoring of Sub Contractor schedules and alignment with alfanar requirements.?????????Coordinating Weekly/Biweekly Plan Vs Actual progress review meeting with Sub-Contractors and Minute of meeting circulation and follow up.?????????Conduct Fortnight/ Monthly project review meetings with internal stakeholders.?????????Cashflow Preparation ?
