Job Description

  • Administer employee benefits programs including retirement plans, medical insurance, and other benefits as per Saudi labor law.
  • Responsible for the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salaries, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees for all HCM-related queries, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Manage and coordinate business trips, including travel arrangements and accommodations, ensuring alignment with center policies and budgets.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employee handbooks, conducting orientations tailored to local practices, and ensuring all procedural requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records in compliance with Saudi labor law.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and events to enhance employee morale and retention, considering local culture and values.
  • Facilitate the resolution of employee issues and concerns in coordination with other HCM staff, promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Compile reports on general HCM activity, ensuring adherence to local data protection regulations.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks of the HCM department to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination, gather feedback on their experience, and use this information to improve organizational practices and reduce turnover.
  • Assist with the development and revision of human resources policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with Saudi labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, not federal or international laws.
  • Participate in HCM projects (e.g., help organize a job fair or a training session) relevant to the local context.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports.
