Job Description

This is a position for an Employee Service Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Employee Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to employees within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities:

  1. Handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  2. Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and explaining company policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with HR team members to implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong customer service orientation.
  3. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
