Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist who is fluent in both English and Arabic. This role is focused on the employment regulations for employees in KSA, focusing on relations with the KSA employment entities. It is also highly required that you possess relevant experience in line with the below job description. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of negotiating the salary. This role is only open to Saudi Nationals.Description:

  • Maintain a register of employment requirements and a clear process for new hires
  • Ensure employees? hiring is compliant with KSA employment regulations and requirements across our client?s offices
  • Handle enrolment of employees in relevant KSA pension schemes according to federal/employment laws
  • Coordinate with payroll for KSA pension schemes registration and payments
  • Handle registration of employees in the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) in KSA
  • Coordinate with the payroll team on the Wage protection Systems (WPS) where applicable and make sure the monthly payments are in line with the regulations and the labor contracts in place
  • Act as a subject matter expert on employment matters and inquiries related to KSA nationals
  • Liaise with the Residencies, Work Permits and Visa Team to ensure hiring pipelines are compliant in terms of nationality quotas within our client?s different entities
  • Establish and update KSA employees? entitlements according to different jurisdictions i.e., military service, Hajj leave, leave of absence, extended sick leave
  • Liaise closely with the recruiting team to coordinate smooth employment of KSA hires (full timers, secondments, etc.)
  • Maintain close relationships and touchpoints with broader network to stay updated on internal initiatives and regulations on KSA employment
  • Establish professional network of contacts with KSA governmental stakeholders in different jurisdictions
