The Electronic technician will provide competent, efficient, and economical troubleshooting and maintenance on all electrical/electronic systems.
Repairs and installs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Follows electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools and electrical and electronic test equipment.
Installs power control box and terminate fiber connections.
Connects power supply wires and Ethernet cable to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.
Detects malfunctioning apparatus, such as lifters, motors, sensors and electronics box, using test equipment and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables using hand tools.
Tests malfunctioning machinery using test equipment, such as Fluke Multi meter, as necessary. Discuss malfunction with other maintenance personnel and supervisor to diagnose and resolve the malfunction.
Replaces faulty electrical components of machine, such as relays, switches and motors and position sensing devices, using hand tools.
Diagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards, Diode, fuse, capacitor & etc. using electronic test equipment and hand tools.
