1) He should has command in BMS, Scaada and CAFM systems.2) He should has hand on experience in electromechanical equipments maintenance such as ( RMU, Generators, UPS ,CRAH units ,Fire system, chillers ,AHUS ,Security system etc.).3) He should be able to identify the issues of data center with in minimum time frame .4) He should be able to supervise the technical teams swiftly on site?.5) He should has experience in MS projects, MS office, power point and so on so forth.6) He should has expertise to deliver the maintenance ,incidents and Corrective maintenance reports to the client.?7) He can manage data center spare parts and inventory.8) He should be capable to provide operational review and oversight of planned capital and expensed projects conducted by project management, facilitating on-site execution where required to meet business objectives.
