ÿInstall, maintain, and repair a wide range of electrical systems, including transformers, controllers, motors, and lighting.ÿTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), servo drives, and other control systems.ÿPerform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment according to established schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.ÿUtilize technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and Process & Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) to effectively diagnose and resolve issues.ÿDisassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble mechanical components of machinery.ÿImplement improvements to existing electrical and automation systems, collaborating with the engineering team as needed.ÿMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory control.ÿTrain and support production personnel on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting procedures.ÿEnsure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.ÿStay abreast of new technologies and advancements within the electrical and automation fields.ÿPerform other duties as assigned by management.
