Electrical Project Manager M/F Electrical Project Manager M/FPosition description Job titleElectrical Project Manager M/F Contract typeProject contract Contract duration (in months)12 Job descriptionThe Project Manager will provide leadership, oversight and direction to a multi-disciplined team, using effective management and proven leadership skills, to drive the project to successful completion. Participates in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of construction management assignments, including plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, construction methods/systems and successful project closeout. - Work closely with the Client representative(s) on behalf of Egis. - Direct, manage and supervise Electrical / HVAC construction management team. - Responsible for overall work progress, technical performance, quality and cost of the work package project assigned. - Work closely with the Construction Manager who will manage and oversee the field activities. CM and PM are co-managers and co-owners of the projects success. - Responsible of approval of procurement, materials, method statements. - Review and approve (with others from project team) project?s plans execution plan, quality plan, safety plan, etc.) are - Ensures the efficiency and quality of the construction work to meet program objectives and in budget. - Verify and approve (with the Construction Manager) the intern payments presented by the Contractor. - Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of the program governance, stakeholder management, coordination, specifications and standards. - Coordinates with the Program Controls Team for timely and accurate reporting to the client for schedule, cost, and variation management (change management). - Maintains first-level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards. - Ensures that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures. - Initiates and maintains with support from the Program Controls Team cost and change management records, progress reports, project records, etc., as required - Implement project?s construction schedule and participate in preparing weekly/monthly progress reports. - Manage the client relationship and requirements while advising on all technical engineering matters. - Provide professional and technical innovation, advice and support to the operation team to assist with the safe and effective delivery of the project. - Determine technical competency and training requirements associated with the introduction of new and amended standards and technical requirements. - Deliver an on-time and on budget project safely, with the highest quality, and technically sound. Profile- Minimum 15 years of experience in all aspects of construction supervision on large to mega infrastructure/building programs, specifically in airports (terminal buildings). - Ability to manage a team of specialists and subject matter experts in aviation capital programs. - Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral communication skills. - Good communications skills and reporting/presenting - Good knowledge of airside operations safety and airport planning - Good knowledge of safety and quality control procedures.Position location Job locationMiddle-East/North Africa, Saudi Arabia CityRiyadhCandidate criteria Minimum level of education required4-Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science Minimum level of experience requiredOver 10 years OrganisationEgis is a global consulting and engineering firm working in construction, transport and mobility services.
