SEC Approval as project manger
ethnical coordination from beginning of the project until final handing over
Single point of contact for all project related communication with internal & external stake holders
Study of scope of work, pre-bid/post bid clarifications and preparation of BOQ of major equipments
Sending RFQ?s to different supplier and issuing of PO?s as per project plan
Managing of key project deliverable to achieve timely completion of project.
Reviewing & submission of design submittals to client for approval
Arranging factory acceptance test (FAT) for all equipments (local & overseas) through third party inspection agencies such as SGS, TUV, AICO, ATLAS & INTERTEK
Reviewing & submission of FAT reports to client for approval and after approval providing shipment release to suppliers
Follow up with suppliers for NCR?s generated by site team
Having experience in creating project plan (Time Schedule) in Primavera/MS Project.
