• Bachelors degree in Civil, Architectural or appropriate engineering discipline & relevant postgraduate qualification is necessary. Must be PMP Certified

• Fifteen Plus? (15+) years of experience? in construction projects,A postgraduate degree in construction management or PMP certified ,Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or architectural Engineering

Electrical Engineer (Design & Site) JD

• ?15 years of expereince in the field of Electrical systems in Health care projects has full knowledge of global codes / standards such as NEC / NFPA-HCF/JCAHO.Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English, as well as writing reports in both languages
• ?? BSC or Masters in Electrical Engineering?(Preferred Reg with Saudi Council)

Electrical Engineer Low Current(Design & Site)

• BSC or Masters in Electrical Engineering?(Preferred Reg with Saudi Council)
• 12+ years experience in the field of electrical low current systems for a health care project and has full knowledge of global codes / standards such as NEC / NFPA-HCF/JCAHO. Fluent in spoken and written English and computer software.

Civil /Structural Engineer (Design & Site) JD

• BSC or Masters in Civil/Structural? Engineering?(Preferred Reg with Saudi Council)
• 12 +? years expereince in the field of Structrual Engineering in health Care Projects Proficient. in using STAAD III / SAP 200 / 2D-CAD and has full knowledge of the glocal standards and codes. Fluent in spoken and written English and computer software.

Mechanical Engineer -(Design & Site)

• BSc Mechanical Engineering? (Preferred Reg Saudi Council)
• ?15 years of expereince in the field of Electrical systems in Health care projects has full knowledge of global codes / standards such as NEC / NFPA-HCF/JCAHO.Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English, as well as writing reports in both languages

Architect? Engineer - Site? -? JD

• ?? Bachelor Degree in Architect (Preferred Reg Saudi Council)
• ?15 + years of expereince in the field of supervising Health care projects within Knowledgeable of NFPA codes, safety requirements and international design standards AutoCAD & Revit proficiency is required. Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English, as well as writing reports in both languages

Architect (Design specialist hospital/Buildings) - JD

• Bachelor Degree in Architect (Preferred Reg Saudi Council)
• 15 years experience in the design of Health Care Projects, with a minimum of 5 years experience in KSA, of which at least one(hospital) should be valued at 90 million SR. Fluent in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Proficient in using computer software especially (MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.

Interior Designer - JD

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture? Interior Design?
• 12 years relevant exp in interior deisgns,In depth knowledge of furniture systems & finishes.
• Able to develop & present design concepts
• AutoCAD & Revit proficiency is required.
• NCIDQ accreditation or equivalent is required.

Cost/Quantity Surveying Engineer - JD

• BSC Engineering (Reg Saudi Council)
• ?15 years of expereince in the field of supervising Health care /Construction projects. Proficient in writing reports, preparing invoices and revising prices both in English and Arabic.

Quality Assurance Engineer JD

• Bachelor in Engineering Degree
• 15+ years of relevant experience in construction projects

Planning & Scheduling Engineer JD

• Bachelor in Engineering Degree
• 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects
