Job Description

???????Aware about good engineering practices while conducting maintenance.???????Preventive maintenance as per plan.???????Execute Trouble shooting, corrective and shut down maintenance as per requirement.

  • Handling shift maintenance activity.
  • Execute mechanical maintenance tasks with quality and timely completion as per planning.
  • Maintenance of Blown film machines, Extruders.
  • Maintenance of Polyethylene Plastic bag converting and Recycling machines of control system
  • Maintenance of PLC and
  • Prepare spare parts list required during the shift to attend to breakdown problems.
  • Refurbishment of old electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Responsible to support all maintenance related activities as per the direction of the maintenance supervisors and engineer.
  • Ability to do fabrication and welding minor jobs.
  • Installation of new machines/equipment?s etc.
  • Maintain records and make reports of breakdowns, preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and control of machines and equipment?s.
  • Comply with all company and HSE related policies and procedures.
