Position: Electrical EngineerLocation: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)Project: School BuildingContract Type: Full-Time/Project-BasedJob Responsibilities:1.Design and Planning:•Develop detailed electrical design plans, including lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems for the school building.•Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, standards, and regulations.•Incorporate sustainable energy solutions such as solar power, energy-efficient lighting, and automated systems.2.Installation and Supervision:•Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, switchgear, panels, and emergency systems.•Coordinate with other construction teams (civil, mechanical) to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.3.Safety and Compliance:•Ensure all electrical installations adhere to safety standards and local regulations.•Implement and maintain fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and backup power systems (UPS or generators).•Conduct electrical safety tests and certifications.4.Project Coordination:•Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.•Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical work.•Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design or installation issues during construction.5.Documentation and Reporting:•Prepare detailed technical reports, schematics, and documentation for all electrical systems.•Provide regular project updates to management and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation measures.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.•Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in building construction projects.•Familiarity with Saudi electrical codes, standards, and sustainable energy practices.•Strong communication and project management skills.
