Job Description

  • Develop and implement asset management strategy, policies, KPIs and plans.
  • Develop asset management organization structure that will fit with the current structure.
  • Review existing O&M practices within the company and suggest improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare a list of contractors suitable for implementing the identified initiatives.
  • Write scope of work for improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in bids evaluation and contractor selection.
  • Participate in monitoring contractor?s performance.
  • Write progress reports.
