Hands on maintenance of CNC Punching/Nibbling, NC press brake and eccentric press machines.
Can be able to read and prepare electrical control drawing.
Should have hands on motor soft starters.
Troubleshooting of electromechanical failures and prepare reports.
Should know minimum safety requirement while undertaking machines for repair.
Basic knowledge of PLC, Servomechanisms and VFD.
Read electronic circuits and repair them will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of both Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits read and prepare.
Knowledge about TPM and maintenance process and safety standards
Manage daily work orders and maintenance daily activities as per plan
Solving electrical breakdowns on equipment/production platforms
Execution of preventive activities incl. documentation and reporting
Instruction/coaching of co-workers on working methods and knowledge
Initiate and execute improvement activities
Monitors that during all production situations, the work is being done according to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) procedures and legislation, to prevent accidents, physical harm and environmental damage.
Perform replacement on diagnosed faulty electrical elements of machine including motors, relays, and switches; and set-up sensing mechanism, utilizing hand tools
Carry out diagnosis and correct or replace malfunctioning electronic units like the printed circuit boards
Carry out diagnosis and ensure replacement of pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic components of equipment and machines which are faulty
May carry out assignments as electrician crane, coil winder, electrician rectifier, and maintenance salvage repair or function as underground repair.

Render assistance in TPM and other maintenance plan
