Location:RiyadhSalary:James is looking for an EHS Manager/Auditor to work in Riyadh, KSA. The role is a 12-month extendable contracts, looking to start immediately. Required experience and knowledge: - 3 ? 5 years of experience as a Safety Auditor - SAMTRAC / National Diploma Safety Management / NEBOSH / HIRA / W@H - Training fall protection planner / Professional Registration (SACPCMP) - Proficient in MS Office - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team player - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills Role responsibilities: - Conduct daily safety inspection in site activities and prepare each visit report alone with the monthly accumulated report. - Ensure all field resources/Drivers training courses status to comply with the training matrix for each project. - Identifying and reporting on unsafe equipment, unsafe transportation [teams? vehicles] working conditions and practices, follow-up with the concerned persons till closure - Identify and measure potential safety hazards in the workplace and define the proper way to overcome the hazard associated with the activity to complete it within a safe manner. - Developing and implementing TBT as required to raise the resources EHS cultures. - Review onsite checklist Risk Assessments, lifting operations, permit to work records, car daily inspection,?.etc. and ensure the Resources submit the needed documents and forms on time. - Ensure approved safety procedures are followed and implemented on the field for Road Safety, Work at Height, Electrical Safety, Chemical Safety, Fire Safety & Crane Safety, etc. - Conduct vehicles full inspection once/month and send the inspection report & per injection inspection - Conduct Internal awareness sessions, as required, with Ericsson personnel & suppliers, related to the project. Ongoing - Ensure that PPE and necessary OHS Tools & equipment is purchased, used, maintained, and inspected [External or internal] - Inspect the resources OHS tools and report any defected/missing items and follow-up till comply with the project tools Matrix. - Be the focal point for OHS communication, down the line, to field team members. - Ensure that adequate time is built-in to agreed delivery time frames to allow for the proper planning and execution of OHS in project delivery. - Manage the flow of documentation within the organization, related to field activities & provide regular reporting on H&S of sites (PowerPoint, Excel) - Conduct new injection induction sessions for the newly joined resources or drivers, as well as the re-induction session yearly - Lead the team in efforts to improve the overall OHS culture.
