According to the companys standard process, establish a good relationship with paid users through telephone and online communication, and actively provide paid users with periodic one-to-one learning services;
Supervise paid users to learn, provide feedback and suggestions on learning, answer users problems in the learning process, and help students achieve their learning goals;
Be responsible for the renewal performance of paid users and improve the renewal rate of users;
Complete the work plan and monthly renewal sales tasks on time, and maintain the student database;
Improve customer satisfaction and expand customer resources, and promote recommendation and referral among users;
Regularly participate in meetings and training, complete daily sales reports and other work;
Complete other work assigned by the supervisor.
Undertake and complete any other tasks in relation to the effective delivery of the job expected of an Education Consultant as determined and directed by the Company from time to time.
