Leads the sourcing, development and delivery of events, symposiums, initiatives and material for educational institutions and communities to achieve the department?s mission
Establishes and builds relationships with major institutes, scholars, communities, artists/creatives and media in order to upscale the level of offerings and programs
Manages the design, organization and execution of Creative Catalyst and other creative programs
Designs educational programs linked to exhibitions with the Curatorial department and educational programs for public talks and workshops.
Liaises with partner organizations for joint programming (e.g. Creative Futures)
Oversees the assessment and evaluation of all departmental programs
Leads the research & development of programs and plans in order to raise awareness of the value and importance of art education to develop the Saudi youth and a creativity?based economy and culture in KSA
Monitors the implementation of training & development programs specifically designed for creatives to promote the importance of arts at schools and universities
Oversees the implementation of pilot programs and assesses their impact and relevance
Directs the implementation of public programs for new and existing audiences to meet departmental objectives and in consultation with an advisory panel
Supports the institutein the ideation & development of the public participation programs
Monitors fund allocation and the financial performance of the department against budget and identifies improvement opportunities
Prepares timely and accurate reports to meet organizational and departmental requirements, policies and standards
Builds and leads a motivated, engaged and competent workforce, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback to meet the Institute?s goals
Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, policy and processes considering ?international best practice?, legislative requirements, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
