Job Description

Our client is looking for a digitally savvy and creative editor to help deliver exciting and engaging content across its print, digital and social channels. You will support the brand?s digital content across the GCC region, as well as assist in special projects with an aim to increase website traffic, online following and engagement.?Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Editor in Chief and Digital Editor in the production of online stories and regionally relevant social media
  • Be creative, and identify new trends and stories that our readers find relevant and engaging
  • Pitch, plan and write content, making sure it is executed in line with the brand?s style guide and best SEO practices
  • Work with internal and external photographers and videographers to ensure content goes live on deadline
  • Work with the video team to create engaging video content (be ready to jump on camera if required)
  • Have your finger on the pulse of the local scene, use your professional contacts and social media networks to identify new content opportunities
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Esquire Middle East, and an evangelist for the brand in Saudi Arabia
