Job Description

We are looking for anExpert in Economic Modellingfor our client, a well-known global consulting firm.Our client is participating in an RFP process in Saudi for a project involving Frequency Spectrum and Telecom Regulations.This project is estimated to last 4-5 months with possible extension. The person in charge should dedicate around 8 hours a week to this project. The scheduled starting date is by the end of April.Main responsibilities:

  • Building economic models to estimate economic indicators (the model should enable the client to estimate the economic value of the spectrum assigned for specific use and has to incorporate the different possible allocation of all spectrum bands available)
  • Evaluate the current and the future economic benefits arising from the use of spectrum (contribution to country?s GDP, employment and investments)
  • Study the economic costs and benefits of the current management system
  • Conduct economic impact assessment on macro-economic indicators, market outcomes
