Job Description

  • Lead the planning and inventory management as well as drive analysis and optimization of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Drive initiatives that improve inventory accuracy, sales, customer experience, and operational performance.
  • Monitor, analyze and own key performance indicators such as %FF, %Shipped, %collected
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts in accordance with warehouse policies, ensuring compliance and consistency from systems to site.
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations and commercial teams.
  • Identify root causes of inventory deviation, via cause and effect analysis
  • Partner with supply chain, brand /management and logistics teams and reviewing performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar Supply Chain/Operations discipline
  • Highly analytical individual, flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting, and comfortable with computer databases and tools.
  • Strong ownership, data analysis, problem solving and project management skills
  • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, retail and/or consulting project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5-7 years with sector-specific experience.
  • Proven track record in e-commerce, Operation Strategy and Delivery Management.
  • Successful track record with eCommerce development project management.
  • Good technical background and an understanding of web technologies, content management systems, eCommerce platforms and ERP systems
  • Experience with Project Management tools.
