Job Description

Objective:

  • To handle inbound & outbound products (Jewelry & accessories) and make sure that warehouse items are kept safe and updated on ERP system
Reporting Line: Logistics Supervisor
  • Inspect & receive new Jewelry & accessories in the warehouse
  • Classify the items & issue pin code in warehouse
  • Coordinate with E-commerce Logistics to confirm orders in stock & OOS
  • Prepare products & issue invoice for new orders
  • Receive RTO orders in same day & coordinate with finance for refund
  • Follow up with planning department For OOS products
  • Prepare periodic reports & working on ERP system
  • Ensure all items in the warehouse are kept safe and secure
