Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Retail and Supply Chain Consultant to drive the implementation, optimization, and management of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to retail and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of business processes, improve operational efficiency, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation & Customization:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Retail and Supply Chain modules.
  • Customize and configure solutions to address business needs in retail operations, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Analyze current retail and supply chain processes, identifying pain points and recommending system improvements.
  • Develop strategies to streamline workflows and improve inventory and order management.
  1. Integration & Data Management:
  • Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other business systems and third-party tools.
  • Maintain data integrity and optimize reporting capabilities to support decision-making.
  1. Training & Support:
  • Train end-users on Dynamics 365 Retail and Supply Chain functionalities to ensure effective adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain system performance.
  1. Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure system compliance with local and international retail and logistics regulations.
  • Design and generate detailed reports and dashboards on inventory, sales, and supply chain metrics.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with retail and supply chain teams to understand requirements and align system functionalities with business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
