Job Description

  • Strategy Development: Develop a strategic plan for the drone division aligned with
the organizations objectives. Identify target markets, potential clients, andopportunities for growth and expansion.? Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of drone operators, technicians, analysts,and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure theircompetence in drone operations, safety protocols, data analysis, and customerservice.? Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the drone division,including flight operations, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ensure compliancewith regulations, safety standards, and company policies.? Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand thedivisions client base. Build relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts,and secure new projects. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote thedivisions services and capabilities.? Client Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring theirsatisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Understand clientneeds and provide customized drone solutions that meet their requirements.? Financial Management: Develop and manage the divisions budget, including revenueprojections, expenses, and cost control measures. Monitor financial performance,analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.? Technology and Equipment Management: Stay updated with the latestadvancements in drone technology and equipment. Evaluate and acquire newdrones, sensors, software, and hardware as needed to enhance capabilities and staycompetitive.? Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy,reliability, and consistency of data collected by drones. Establish protocols for datavalidation, calibration, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality outputs to clients.? Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about local, national, andinternational regulations governing drone operations. Ensure compliance withapplicable laws, obtain necessary permits and certifications, and implement safetyprotocols. Identify and mitigate risks associated with drone operations, includingprivacy, security, and safety concerns.? Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)to assess the divisions performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepareregular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements,challenges, and opportunities.
