They are what we believe, what customers can expect, and how we deliver.Project Information: Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) is a national holding company owned 100% by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), a sovereign wealth fund owned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).SAMI was established in May 2017 to develop the military industrial infrastructure necessary to help the Saudi Vision 2030 aim of localizing military spending to at least 50% by the end of the decade.It commenced operations in January 2018.SAMI is working with numerous Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and local contractors to establish the military industrial infrastructure across the Kingdom.It is organized into 5 Divisions: Aeronautics, Defense Electronics, Land Systems, Weapons & Missiles and Emerging Technologies; Naval interests are covered within the Weapons & Missiles portfolio.Bechtel was contracted in August 2020 to provide a Facility Management Team (FMT) to develop and implement a Facility Masterplan to help align SAMI`s programs.This has led to the opportunity to provide a Project Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) team (approximately 90 strong) to manage the design and construction of a major military industrial facility near Riyadh over the next 3-4 yearsDetailed Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Provide transportation services to Bechtel employees from compound to office location and vice versa.
• Provide transportation services to Bechtel employees and dependents for shopping trips, SABCO trips (including clinic and coffee meetings) and other related activities.
• Provide transportation services to any daily request extra trips and emergency transport request.
• Provide transportation services to Bechtel new employees for photo shoot, clinic appointments, bank account opening, and other official work as needed to complete the government formalities such as Iqama, driver license etc.
• Provide ?airport runs?, if necessary for Bechtel visitors to kingdom for trips between Bechtel offices and/or projects.
• Responsible in dealing with local police issues e.g. traffic accidents, obtaining accident reports, traffic citations
• Must be able to provide ad-hoc trip coverage over the weekend and outside Ramadan time (e.g. for non-Muslims during Ramadan).
• Role model to Bechtel Vision, Values and Covenants (VV&C)
• Trip to other Saudi cities if necessary and adhoc trips.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor and project management

Essential Technical:

• At least 3 years? experience driving high occupancy vehicles (bus + minibus)
• Valid Saudi driver?s license for the last 3 years
• Valid Iqama and transferrable.

• Experience working in diverse multi-cultural environment

• Experience working in a multinational company.
