Role Purpose:Preparing plans and design, quotation (budgeting) and presentations for the customer.Draft on CAD or other software all drawings and execution drawings required by division manager.?Keep track and filing of drawings and technical sheets for each client or project.?Principal AccountabilitiesQUOTATIONS / ordersPrepare type and print quotations.Register quotation data on the quotation book.Furniture quantity survey and classifications.Prepare orders for confirmed contracts.Review furniture reference and BOQDouble check on order confirmation (prices, references, specifications?)DRAWINGSPrepare a full set of drawing for each quotation depending on the project size and requirements.Prepare 3D perspective for each project depending on the project size and requirements.Prepare a presentation board for VIP projects.Execute drawings according to design manager.SITE Take measurements on site for quotation preparation if needed.Take exact measurement on site for final execution drawings.Draw as built drawings if needed.Draw electrical shop drawings if needed.PRODUCTSKeep track of all products development ?starting from design to orders and executionKeep a library of all product images.Execute drawings in timely mannerExecute drawings in a CAD standard procedureOperating Environment:?Job Specific Challenges:Execute drawings perfectly and in timely manner.?Work RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNICATIONSInternal:Division Manager, Sales Manager, Sales team, Installation Department.?Framework, Boundaries & decision-making authorityPerforms duties in accordance with his job requirements within company rules & regulations.Coordinate with Design manager and sales department for quotation / drawings processing.All jobs to be done will be reported to higher authority (Division Manager), keeping updates the development of the projects as well as giving some suggestion for the improvement of the department.
